Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 of Class II, Class B or C, T1-T4 and below, hazardous areas containing explosive gas environments. Used in AC 50Hz, rated voltage 220 or 380V lines to control the start and stop of three-phase asynchronous motors, and can also be used for remote control of motors. It has overload and short circuit protection functions.

g. Outdoor distribution box with high solar radiation of 1120W/㎡ and rainfall intensity of 6mm/min;
h. Places without significant shaking or severe impact vibration;

Installment and use

1. Before installing and using the product, check whether the technical data on the nameplate matches the usage situation;

2. Before installation and maintenance, the front-end power supply must be cut off;

3. The incoming and outgoing cables pass through rubber sealing rings, and are tightened with washers and compression nuts to ensure that the seals and cables are not loose;

4. If the sealing ring corrodes, cracks, deforms, becomes sticky, or experiences a hardness change exceeding 20% of its original value during use, it should be promptly purchased and replaced from the manufacturer to ensure reliable explosion-proof performance;

5. During maintenance and disassembly, pay attention to the explosion-proof surface not being bumped, scratched, or corroded, and regularly apply 204-1 anti rust oil;

6. The distribution box should be regularly inspected during use to ensure its good operation;

7. Non professionals are strictly prohibited from opening the cover for maintenance and inspection.
